Lo and Behold!

Lo and Behold! I return to the world of blogosphere. It has indeed been a long time since I wrote a post on my blog. Firstly, I feel every student should have a blog considering that the life of a student is fun and great. On the other hand, students might feel that their life is full of stress and everyone in his studying evironment wishes to be a top scholar and bring the glory and prestige all the way from his school to his house ( scenerio of the chinese imperial examination) In other waords, everyone wants to ace in the examinations, thus, a better future. In addition to what i have said earlier, considering that life is stressful, we can reduce the stress, by blogging. You can right down your rambles in your blog. It is also a healthier way of handling stress.

Anyway it's the school holidays and lots of things have been happening for the past few weeks. To start of, we shall start with my vacation in China, quite an enjoyable experience as I went to a total of three states. Namely, GuangZhou, Hebei and Shanghai. Three different places of different cultures. Guangzhou is a nice place and our hotel is located in a more serene area which allows us to have a beauty sleep. The environment there is also rather acceptable as it is very much the same as Singapore. On the other hand, it not as polluted as the other two states even though there is still quite a gap in terms of cleanliness with Singapore. As for Heibei, the place is extremely polluted in terms of air, considering when the plane entered the region, the air atmosphere was black.Probably because it is an industrailised state where factories where all over the place. However, the food was delicious and we had a good impression of both cities( Guangzhou and Hebei). As for Shang Hai, it's a great place and the whole city was modern and i would say it can be comparable with Singapore. It also a place where businesses are abundant. On the whole, i feel that China is an upcoming country and if Singapore does not take further action in improving Singapore, it is only a matter of time China take over Singapore and Singapore will lose it's tourists. Besides the vacation to China, I participated in a Scrabble competition on the 9 of June and we manage to clinch second while bp team 2 clinch third. It was a rather fruitful experience and we were relieved that we did not leave the competition hall empty-handed. I guess that all for now, shall continue next time.
